It's about setting up your future and helping you get there.
I started The Loan Dude because the mortgage process should be simple, transparent, and honestly kind of fun. Too many people walk away confused by jargon, blindsided by fees, and ignored after they close. My approach is simple: I listen, explain your options in plain English, and help you pick what actually fits your life—not just what earns me the biggest commission.

My Story
I got into mortgages because I saw too many people get taken advantage of. They would walk into a bank, get handed a loan they did not understand, and pay for it for years. I knew there was a better way.
I started The Loan Dude with a simple idea: treat people the way I would want my own family treated. That means answering the phone, explaining things in plain English, and never pushing a loan just because it pays me more. I would rather make less and have you refer your friends.
Over the years, I have helped hundreds of families across California buy their first home, move up to something bigger, refinance into a better rate, or start building a real estate portfolio. Every one of those loans had its own challenges, and I have seen just about everything the mortgage process can throw at you.
